Musqueam members can request tickets to watch Vancouver Canucks games from the Musqueam suite at Rogers Arena.
Home games between January 2024 and April 2024 are now available for request.

- Name of band member
- Contact information
- Game date
- How many tickets requested
- Names of guests
One game per entry form, but members can apply more than once.
Final year of Rogers Arena suite
Due to upcoming renovations, this is the last year that Musqueam has a suite at Rogers Arena.
