On August 5, the Musqueam Indian Band budget for fiscal year 2020-21 will be presented for membership approval.  Two information sessions will be hosted in advance of the community meeting.  Members are encouraged to attend one information session prior to the community meeting.

Online Meetings

Due to COVID-19, this year’s meeting and information sessions are online using Zoom Meetings, a video conference service that has become widely used during the pandemic.

This will be the first time Musqueam will host virtual meetings. Although this is a significant change for our community, online meetings enable more members living away from home to participate, which is very exciting.

All you need to attend the meeting is a computer, tablet or smartphone with access to the internet.

We ask for continued patience as leadership and administration host the first virtual community meetings and work towards keeping Musqueam safe.

Limited In-Person Availability

In-person attendance will be limited to members who live on-reserve and do not have access to the internet through a computer, tablet or smartphone. Maximum capacity for attendees is 35 people.

Pre-registration Required

Pre-registration is OPEN NOW and required for ALL meetings, including in-person and online.

Zoom meetings pre-registration closes at 5:00pm before each meeting. See links below. After registering, a confirmation email is sent with information about joining the meeting.

In-person attendance pre-registration is by phone (first come, first served) and will include COVID-19 pre-screening questions. Only pre-registered participants will be able to enter the meeting space after a mandatory temperature check at the entrance.  Appropriate measures will be in place to maintain physical distancing requirements.
