Pearson Dogwood Site Redevelopment
The Pearson Dogwood Project will address priority health care needs through the redevelopment of two residential care facilities. It brings together community programs serving South Vancouver to support local residents with health services and supports.
Pearson Dogwood is located on the unceded traditional territory of Musqueam. Vancouver Coastal Health would like to acknowledge this through the commissioning of two “Traditional Marker” House Posts to be installed at an entrance of the new development.
