Flu Clinic 2021

Musqueam flu clinic registration starts on October 6 for the flu clinic happening on October 25 from 2-6pm in the Musqueam Gym. Last appointment is 5:40pm.

Musqueam members and their families can register for this year’s flu shot, and for a COVID-19 vaccine if you haven’t had it yet.

Registration days are Wednesdays and Fridays only: October 6, 8, 13, and 15

Please have the following information ready at the time of booking, for each person you wish to register:

• Full name(s)
• Date of Birth
• Care Card Number
• Address
• Up to date contact info** (most important, in case we need to get a hold of you prior to clinic day)
