This year, Musqueam will commemorate Truth & Reconciliation Day / Orange Shirt Day with a MUSQUEAM-ONLY gathering.
Band members, staff and community are invited to share a meal and a moment of silence to honour our family, friends and ancestors who attended residential schools.
Orange shirts with hən̓q̓əmin̓əm̓ phrase will be given out. One shirt per attendee.
Reminder: The band office is closed on Monday, October 2 to observe Truth & Reconciliation Day.
