Qi Gong movement class – FREE!

March 25, 2021 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Musqueam’s family grief therapist, Meghan Hajash, presents this FREE Qi Gong class on Thursdays this spring.

Qi Gong is a traditional Chinese movement exercise that improves posture, balance, coordination, endurance, and flexibility, while also benefiting overall wellness and quality of life. It is gentle and easy, and a wonderful way to decompress mid-day and start building new neural connections in your brain.

Hosted by Diane Farnsworth.
