Show your Musqueam pride!
Musqueam Regalia Making & Performance Group
One to two days a week
5:00 – 7:00 pm
Community Centre
The Chief Ernie Campbell Memorial Foundation is supporting Musqueam people to learn how to make regalia, drums, and perform the Musqueam Paddle Song, Warriors Song, and Musqueam Welcome Song.
The goal of this program is to support a group of Musqueam cultural performers who can represent Musqueam at upcoming events happening in our territory.
Limited space (16 max for regalia making)
Supplies and textiles provided.
Participants who perform and represent Musqueam at events can keep the regalia they make. If you don’t want to perform and just want to make regalia, sing, or drum, the items made will be owned by CECMF.
Participants are eligible to win a sewing machine or gift cards!
