Musqueam Council and Administration are gifting Musqueam households a $100 grocery store gift card to go towards Thanksgiving dinner.
There are two gift card options:
- Save-On-Foods (physical gift card)
- President’s Choice (digital gift card)
Band members can complete the online form to request a gift card. To complete the online form, click here or scan the QR code below.
The deadline to request a gift card is Wednesday, October 14 at 4:30pm.
Get Your Gift Card Before Thanksgiving
Request forms submitted by Thursday, October 8 at noon, will be available on Friday, October 9.
- Physical gift cards can be picked up from the band office on Friday, October 9 from 8:30am to 4:30pm.
- Digital gift cards will be emailed on Friday, October 9
Request forms submitted over the long weekend will be reviewed and distributed starting on Tuesday, October 13.
Reminder
- One gift card per household
- You can ask someone else to pick up on your behalf, please include their name on the request form.
- Use your legal name on the request form to verify your identity.
- Band office is closed on Monday, October 12 for Thanksgiving.
