Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the eligible electors of the Musqueam Indian Band was held at the Musqueam Community Centre Gym on October 24, 2024, beginning at 5:00 pm and lasting for at least 3 hours, for the purpose of nominating candidates for the positions of ONE (1) Chief and TEN (10) Councillors, for the ensuing term of office.

Notice of Election
Notice is hereby given to the electors of the Musqueam Indian Band that a poll will be held to elect one (1) Chief and ten (10) Councillors on November 29, 2024, from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm at the Musqueam Community Centre Gym (6777 Salish Drive, Vancouver, BC, V6N 4C6).

There is no Advance Poll for this election.
An elector may permit the Electoral Officer to release their mailing address to the candidates.
The ballots cast at this election will be counted at the Musqueam Community Centre immediately following the close of the poll on November 29, 2024.
A copy of the voters list is available in the lobby of the the administration office and is available on OneFeather’s website. Questions about the voters list can be directed to the Electoral Officer.
Mail-In Voting
To vote by mail, electors MUST submit a Mail-In Ballot Request form and copy of ID to the Electoral Officer at OneFeather prior to November 23, 2024.
A mail-in ballot will NOT automatically be sent to you.
Every band member living away from home (off reserve) should have received mail from OneFeather that includes the Request for Mail-In Ballot form, along with the Notice of Nomination Meeting. If you did not receive this mail, please contact OneFeather ASAP to update your address.
Electors are responsible for requesting their mail-in ballot in a timely manner so it can be received, completed, sent back, and received by OneFeather before November 29.
