The BC Cancer Mobile Mammography Bus is returning to Musqueam on March 25, 2021. Screening mammograms take about ten minutes, and are performed in a comfortable and private space, using state-of-the-art digital mammography equipment. The vehicles include a reception area, dressing area, wheelchair access and mammography examination room.

Spring distribution is on April 15. Payment options are direct deposit or cheque. All Musqueam members must complete a distribution form by Thursday, April 8 to receive the spring membership distribution.
Are you interested in learning about Musqueam’s new constitution and providing input on the first draft? Have you heard about self-governance, but aren’t sure what that means for Musqueam? Every Thursday night from 5:30 – 7pm, the Musqueam Constitution Working Group meets on Zoom to talk about our future community constitution that will be the fundamental law of Musqueam.
Musqueam Indian Band members are invited to an online meeting on Thursday, April 29 to review and approve the annual operating budget for the 2021/22 fiscal year. There will be two online information sessions for membership to review the budget presentation with Musqueam Finance before the members meeting. More information and registration details will be announced soon.
Musqueam’s Language and Culture Department is looking for proposals for two pieces of artwork to be used for the Musqueam language app.
Council and administration are seeking 15 band members to sit on one of the five Musqueam Council Committees for a one-year term. Each committee is required to have three Musqueam members. To apply to sit on a committee, complete the application form and submit by Wednesday, May 12, 2021.
Who will be immunized: Elders on reserve, medically vulnerable members, members who have NOT had their first vaccine dose, including youth aged 12-15
